People Nexus One ("we," "us," "our") is a human capital consultancy providing recruitment, compliance, payroll, and related HR services. This page explains what information we collect through peoplenexusone.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

If you're a candidate, employee, or contact of one of our client companies and your data reached us through that engagement rather than this website, this policy still describes our general handling practices, but the specific terms of that engagement (agreed with our client) may also apply.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us directly — when you submit the contact form, this includes your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you're enquiring about, and your message. When you message us on WhatsApp or email a department address directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.
• Information collected automatically — like most websites, we use analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location at a country/city level, device and browser type, and how you arrived here. This is aggregated and isn't used to identify you personally.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up on it
• To provide, administer, and improve our HR consultancy services for clients who engage us
• To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it
• To meet legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations where relevant

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your contact form submission for marketing you haven't asked for.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and respond to you, and your information may pass through them as a result:

• FormSubmit — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Their own privacy practices apply to that transmission.
• Google Analytics — provides the aggregated usage statistics described above.
• WhatsApp — if you message us there instead, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and end-to-end encryption.

We don't share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies: one to remember your light/dark theme preference (stored locally in your browser, never sent to us) and one to remember your cookie choice below. Google Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — they're never set by default. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records and any legal requirements. You can ask us to delete information that isn't otherwise required to be kept — see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, including rights available under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable. To exercise any of these, email us at info@peoplenexusone.com and we'll respond as promptly as we can.

Children's data

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll remove it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, as our tools or services change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. For significant changes, we'll consider more prominent notice on the site.
